Auwell spline sleeve parts are made by alloy steel which normally is extruded seamless tube, some of them made by forging followed by machining. The through-hole of spline sleeve parts production uses pull / push broach or extrusion-type method. The special coatings or plating may be applied to metal fasteners to improve their performance characteristics by, for example, enhancing corrosion resistance. Common coatings/platings include zinc, chrome, and hot dip galvanizing.
